From January 9 to 12, Tian Jinliang, chairman of Shandong Huake Semiconductor Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Dezhou Huake Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Luo Yuanlei, director of Beijing Office of Uzbekistan Chinese Cultural Center, Li Meisheng, chief of foreign trade section of Decheng District Commerce Bureau, and Jin Xin, general manager of Dezhou Desheng Yibo Import and Export Company, visited the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as "Uzbekistan"), consultations with the Uzbek Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Information Technology, the Ministry of Energy, the Uzbekistan Chinese Cultural Center, and the Electronic Technology Enterprise Association on cooperation in the fields of equipment manufacturing and new energy, and signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Information.

At the symposium, Tian Jinliang introduced the development of the company and product advantages, and emphasized the goal of developing high-definition digital database and chip production in Uzbekistan and promoting the export of these products to other countries. Shandong Huake Semiconductor Research Institute Co., Ltd., Uzbekistan Information Department, and Bitland Service Co., Ltd. jointly signed a memorandum of cooperation to establish a joint research and development center for high-precision digital smart sensors and chips in Uzbekistan, and organize the research and development and production of high-precision digital Smart sensors and chips, and develop scientific research and industrialization in related fields such as medicine and industrial equipment. The delegation exchanged views with the Ministry of Information on strengthening high-tech cooperation between Dezhou City and Tashkent City, and the two sides reached an intention to set up semiconductor chip research and development centers in Tashkent City and Decheng District of Dezhou City respectively. The two parties will jointly compile a five-year development plan for the Uzbek semiconductor industry, cooperate with the Uzbek National Semiconductor Research Institute to establish a research institute, participate in the training of industry talents, continue to develop semiconductor industry technology, implement the development strategy of "product going global", and support Uzbekistan The information industry has developed and radiated to Central Asian countries.

On January 11, the delegation called on the Ministry of Energy, and the Deputy Minister of Energy and relevant personnel participated in the discussion. The two sides reached a cooperation intention on distributed photovoltaic power generation project cooperation. Dezhou Huaco Semiconductor Co., Ltd. will export key technical equipment such as photovoltaic solar panels and inverters to Uzbekistan, with an estimated annual export value of US $50 million.
