The delegation exchanged views with the Ministry of Information on strengthening high-tech cooperation between Dezhou City and Tashkent City, and the two sides reached an intention to set up semiconductor chip research and development centers in Tashkent City and Decheng District of Dezhou City respectively. The two parties will jointly compile a five-year development plan for the Uzbek semiconductor industry, cooperate with the Uzbek National Semiconductor Research Institute to establish a research institute, participate in the training of industry talents, continue to develop semiconductor industry technology, implement the development strategy of "product going global", and support Uzbekistan The information industry has developed and radiated to Central Asian countries.

On January 11, the delegation called on the Ministry of Energy, and the Deputy Minister of Energy and relevant personnel participated in the discussion. The two sides reached a cooperation intention on distributed photovoltaic power generation project cooperation. Dezhou Huaco Semiconductor Co., Ltd. will export key technical equipment such as photovoltaic solar panels and inverters to Uzbekistan, with an estimated annual export value of US $50 million.
