Recently, Shandong Huake Semiconductor Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Shandong Normal University to establish a practical teaching base signing ceremony was held in Shandong Huke Semiconductor Conference Room. In recent years, Shandong Huake Semiconductor has continuously strengthened cooperation and exchanges with universities and scientific research institutions, relying on the advantages and expertise of colleges and universities in personnel training, scientific research transformation, policy research, etc., actively carry out multi-level and multi-form cooperation in sensor chip research and development, sealing and testing, calibration and other aspects, providing strong technical support and intellectual support for the company's development. At present, it has jointly established the "Joint Laboratory of Smart Sensing and Information Fusion Technology" with Shandong Expressway and the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the "Joint Innovation Center" with the Shandong Institute of Industrial Technology. The joint construction of a postgraduate practice teaching base with Mountain Normal University will further strengthen the innovative integration of university talents and scientific research results with industry management practices, and accelerate the leap-forward development of smart sensing and information fusion technology.

Compatible with HK6501/HK1001/HK1012 three models of product testing production equipment F23007 in the near future to the Dezhou production workshop and timely commissioning. Through the joint efforts of test engineers and technicians day and night, the problems existing in the key links of the equipment operation and control process including grasping and feeding, visual identification and pressing test have been solved, and the mechanical actions such as dividing and weaving have been operated smoothly. After analyzing, judging and repeatedly verifying the test results of HK6501 products, all the products have been tested correctly, and the equipment has realized the integrated, efficient and orderly operation from feeding, testing and weaving. In the future, the test of the remaining two products HK1001/HK1012 can be realized by replacing the corresponding test boards and test fixtures on the test equipment F23007 and loading the corresponding programs.
