Recently, Shandong Huake Semiconductor Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Shandong Normal University to establish a practical teaching base signing ceremony was held in Shandong Huke Semiconductor Conference Room. Song Yuzhi, deputy dean of the School of Physics and Electronic Science of Shandong Normal University, Zhao Yuefeng, deputy dean, and 8 teachers and students of the Department of Electronics attended the signing ceremony. Ge Jiannan, general manager of the party branch secretary of Shandong Huake Semiconductor, Jian Haifong, associate researcher of the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the heads of the company's R & D and human resources departments received the visiting teachers and students.

At the exchange meeting, the two sides exchanged views on specific matters such as further development of school-enterprise cooperation and postgraduate internship practice. In the future, the two parties will give full play to their respective advantages, use the practical teaching base as the carrier, focus on cultivating and creating talents in electronic science and information science, integrate teaching and practice, combine topics and research, and promote industry-university-research cooperation, promote and improve each other.

In recent years, Shandong Huake Semiconductor has continuously strengthened cooperation and exchanges with universities and scientific research institutions, relying on the advantages and expertise of colleges and universities in personnel training, scientific research transformation, policy research, etc., actively carry out multi-level and multi-form cooperation in sensor chip research and development, sealing and testing, calibration and other aspects, providing strong technical support and intellectual support for the company's development. At present, it has jointly established the "Joint Laboratory of Smart Sensing and Information Fusion Technology" with Shandong Expressway and the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the "Joint Innovation Center" with the Shandong Institute of Industrial Technology. The joint construction of a postgraduate practice teaching base with Mountain Normal University will further strengthen the innovative integration of university talents and scientific research results with industry management practices, and accelerate the leap-forward development of smart sensing and information fusion technology.

Dezhou Huake Production Progress Report
Dezhou Huake TO-92 and 1075B version MSOP8 two sets of calibration production equipment, on December 1, 2022, under the condition of limited epidemic manpower and with the assistance and support of the district government, through the cooperation of test engineer Zhang Chaochao and equipment engineer Jin Chenfei, the two sets of calibration equipment were debugged at the wrong time day and night. On December 9, 2022, through 9 days of unremitting efforts, the problem that the rotation and offset of TO92 new product cannot be confirmed is solved, and the test card version and test fixture are replaced through repeated verification. The calibration yield of MSOP8 was increased from 80% to 97%, which solved the problem of high misjudgment rate in workshop tests, successfully realized the smooth and efficient operation of the two production lines, and reached the targets of 16K output on TO92 and 3K output on MSOP8.
