The project is developed and constructed by Shandong Huake Semiconductor Research Institute Co., Ltd. The project covers an area of ​​about 153.1 acres, with a planned total construction area of ​​238,703.61 square meters, including 1 administrative office and living service facility complex, 1 high-rise standard factory building, 1 5-story self-use factory building and 26 4-story standard factory buildings.

The industry is dominated by sensors and semiconductor chips, intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment, and advanced materials, and focuses on building a high-precision digital intelligent sensor production and research and development base; at the same time, it drives the agglomeration of related industries, vigorously supports the development of the real economy, promotes the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, and creates a new business card for the development of Jinan's new generation of information technology and intelligent manufacturing industries.

The first phase has a construction area of ​​38187.27㎡, including 3 single-family factories and 6 double-family factories. The first floor has a height of 7.2m and a load-bearing capacity of 2T/㎡, the second floor has a height of 4.2m and a load-bearing capacity of 800KG/㎡, the third and fourth floors have a height of 3.9m and a load-bearing capacity of 450KG/㎡, the column distance is 8.1m, and a 3T elevator shaft is reserved, with personnel and cargo diversion and natural gas reserved.

The second phase has a ground construction area of ​​165,273.9 square meters and an underground parking area of ​​33,223.25 square meters. It includes 2 single-family factories, 15 duplex factories, 1 triplex factory, 1 high-rise factory and 1 comprehensive building.
