Thermopile infrared sensor chip



The company's thermopile infrared sensor is a sensor based on the Seebeck effect principle. The sensitive components inside the device are composed of multiple sets of thermocouple pairs connected in series with each other. When the sensor receives the external infrared radiation, the temperature difference between the hot and cold ends of the thermocouple will be formed, resulting in a voltage signal to reflect the temperature value. The thermopile infrared sensor is composed of a thermopile MEMS chip, a 5-14um infrared band-pass filter, an NTC thermistor, and a miniaturized TO46 tube-shell package, which can provide accurate voltage output related to external infrared radiation. Sensitive core thermopile infrared sensor can be used in non-contact temperature measurement (forehead temperature gun, ear temperature gun), household appliances intelligent temperature sensing and control, air conditioning system field
