Product Details
The core sensitive element of the oil-filled medium isolated pressure sensor module is composed of a self-developed high-performance MEMS pressure sensing chip equipped with a special integrated circuit conditioning chip for bridge amplification and calibration. The pressure sensing module is isolated by stainless steel metal diaphragm, which can provide good linear analog output under various media. It is a low-cost pressure sensor for civilian use.
