The core sensitive element of the oil-filled medium isolated pressure sensor is composed of a self-developed high-performance MEMS pressure sensing chip equipped with a special integrated circuit conditioning chip for bridge amplification and calibration. It can be applied to water pressure measurement, oil pressure measurement, various types of gas pressure measurement, industrial control equipment, automotive fields and various types of transmitters. The pressure sensing module is isolated by stainless steel metal diaphragm, which can provide good linear analog output under various media. It is a low-cost pressure sensor for civilian use.
