HK1002 high precision low power consumption digital temperature sensor



HK1002 is a digital temperature sensor specially designed for high-precision and low-power consumption NTC/PTC thermistor replacement products. The HK1002 has 2.0°C accuracy and is optimized to provide the best PSR performance at operating voltages of 3.3V and 1.8V respectively. HK1012 has high linearity, and the temperature characteristics can be known without complex calculations or table lookup. On-chip 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with resolution as low as 0.0625°C. The HK1012 features SMBus, 2-wire and I2C interface compatibility and can support up to four devices on the same bus. In addition, the device features SMBus alarm functionality.
