HK3015 I2C digital temperature and humidity sensor



HK3015 is a digital temperature and humidity sensor in SMD packaging. HK3015 contains a humidity-sensitive capacitive sensor to measure relative humidity and a bandgap temperature sensor to measure temperature. CMOS sensor technology ensures excellent reliability and long-term stability of the device. Each HK3015 chip is calibrated in an extremely precise humidity chamber, and the calibration coefficients are stored in the OTP memory in the form of a program for internal signal calibration.
