On September 5, the China-Uzbekistan high-precision digital sensor and chip R & D and production quadripartite agreement and joint laboratory memorandum signing, licensing ceremony and China (Shandong)-Uzbekistan cooperation and exchange meeting and the 10th anniversary of the "Belt and Road" initiative were successfully held. The colleagues who went to Uzbekistan bravely took on the mission and fulfilled their duties at the event site. After their concerted efforts day and night, they finally successfully completed various tasks.

On February 28, 2023, Shandong Huake Semiconductor Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Changchun Xida Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement, officially opening the deep integration cooperation. The two sides give full play to their respective industrial technological advantages and form industrial ecological integration in chip devices and terminal application products. In terms of chips, Changchun Xida applied Shandong Huaco's existing sensor chips to LED display and lighting products to improve the intelligent perception and intelligent control functions of terminal products. At the same time, both parties determined the research and development topics of LED display and lighting product driver chips, carried out product customization development, Huaco carried out technology research and development, and Changchun Xida carried out product testing and application. In terms of terminal application products, Changchun Xida authorized Shandong Huake to manufacture and sell LED display and lighting products in Shandong. Compatible with HK6501/HK1001/HK1012 three models of product testing production equipment F23007 in the near future to the Dezhou production workshop and timely commissioning. Through the joint efforts of test engineers and technicians day and night, the problems existing in the key links of the equipment operation and control process including grasping and feeding, visual identification and pressing test have been solved, and the mechanical actions such as dividing and weaving have been operated smoothly. After analyzing, judging and repeatedly verifying the test results of HK6501 products, all the products have been tested correctly, and the equipment has realized the integrated, efficient and orderly operation from feeding, testing and weaving. In the future, the test of the remaining two products HK1001/HK1012 can be realized by replacing the corresponding test boards and test fixtures on the test equipment F23007 and loading the corresponding programs.
