In order to effectively strengthen the company's fire safety management and further improve the fire safety awareness and fire fighting and self-rescue skills of all employees, on July 1, the company took the safety production month as an opportunity to invite Liu Xudong, director of the training department of Jinan Fire Science and Technology Service Center, to conduct a fire safety training and escape and fire fighting exercise.
In order to effectively strengthen the company's fire safety management and further improve the fire safety awareness and fire fighting and self-rescue skills of all employees, on July 1, the company took the safety production month as an opportunity to invite Liu Xudong, director of the training department of Jinan Fire Science and Technology Service Center, to conduct a fire safety training and escape and fire fighting exercise.
During the training, Director Liu Xudong combined with recent fire accident cases and used videos to explain the causes of fires, the prevention of fire accidents, common fire safety hazards, and the correct fighting of the first fire, the correct escape and self-rescue in the fire scene, and mutual assistance. Rescue and other fire protection laws and regulations knowledge, vividly and carefully taught how to effectively prevent fire accidents, emphasizes the necessary fire emergency response capabilities of employees. At the same time, a field simulation exercise was conducted on the performance, scope of use, correct operation methods and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, and the fire hazards in the production workshop were investigated.
Through training and exercises, not only the trainees further learn the knowledge of fire safety, improve the awareness of fire safety, but also clarify the post fire responsibility, improve the ability to deal with the fire, and create a good fire safety environment for the company's safe production and operation.

Dezhou Huake Production Progress Report
Dezhou Huake TO-92 and 1075B version MSOP8 two sets of calibration production equipment, on December 1, 2022, under the condition of limited epidemic manpower and with the assistance and support of the district government, through the cooperation of test engineer Zhang Chaochao and equipment engineer Jin Chenfei, the two sets of calibration equipment were debugged at the wrong time day and night. On December 9, 2022, through 9 days of unremitting efforts, the problem that the rotation and offset of TO92 new product cannot be confirmed is solved, and the test card version and test fixture are replaced through repeated verification. The calibration yield of MSOP8 was increased from 80% to 97%, which solved the problem of high misjudgment rate in workshop tests, successfully realized the smooth and efficient operation of the two production lines, and reached the targets of 16K output on TO92 and 3K output on MSOP8.
