Recently, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology issued the "Notice on Announcing the Record List of the First Batch of Provincial New R & D Institutions in 2020". Shandong Huake Semiconductor Research Institute Co., Ltd. was successfully shortlisted and became the first batch of provincial new R & D institutions in our province.

New R & D institutions mainly refer to the diversification of investment entities, the diversification of formation methods, the marketization of operating mechanisms, the ability of sustainable development, the independent legal person organization of industry-university-research collaborative innovation, with the development of industrial technology research and development as the core function, and both basic application Research, technology transfer and transformation, incubation and cultivation of technology enterprises, industrial investment and financing, and high-end talent gathering and training functions. For the new R & D institutions that have been filed according to the evaluation of performance, subsidies and support measures such as "one matter, one discussion" support are adopted, and the new R & D institutions for filing are given some qualifications and support policies for university research institutes and enterprises at the same time.

This identification is based on the "Interim Measures for the Management of New R & D Institutions in Shandong Province" (Lu Ke Zi [2019] No. 7) and other relevant regulations, the first identification of new R & D institutions across the province.
