Ceramic capacitive pressure sensors are a type of pressure sensor that is corrosion resistant. Used to measure corrosive media, such as seawater height measurement, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, chemical liquid gas pressure measurement, etc. The temperature range is wide -40℃~125℃, and the error in the whole temperature range is <2% FS. It has strong overload resistance, overvoltage can reach dozens of times of the measuring range and can withstand vacuum. The pure ceramic matrix will not produce process pollution and is suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
